Immigration Attorney

Provide legal services and advise individual and corporate clients on I-140 petitions, Request for Evidence (RFE) and Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) and other immigration petition. Perform advanced legal research and draft legal documents and petitions. Review clients’ evidence, and draft legal strategy reports for I-140 petitions and related RFEs for supervisor’s review and approval.


JD degree or Master of Laws degree, plus an active bar license in US.
